Refund & return policy

1. Returns
We do not accept product returns for any reason other than:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective product upon arrival
If the above occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

2. Refunds
Refunds are available only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product
The product arrived damaged or defective
Your order cannot be fulfilled due to our error
If approved, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your original purchase, as required by Omise.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns
In cases where we request the product to be returned for inspection:
If the issue is caused by our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), Gaia’s Momme will cover all return shipping costs.
If the issue is not caused by us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (if a return is applicable).

4. Order Cancellations
Because our cookies are made to order:
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If production has not begun, we may be able to cancel and refund the order.
